<p>In a new twist to the annual plea to drivers not to ‘drink and drive’ the South Dakota Highway Safety Commission issued this video telling us that when the winter weather conditions are really bad that we shouldn’t ‘jerk and drive’.</p>

We however have tracked it down on YouTube to show all you bad drivers who get so easily distracted.</p><p></p><p></p><p>
