The Senior Director, Development will oversee all fundraising activities, corporate engagement and relationship management, and will play a key role in helping Out & Equal continue to grow. Reporting to the CFO and overseeing a staff of five, the SDD serves as a key member of the senior management of the organization; responsible for helping craft long-range strategies and developing and meeting annual income goals.
