My captain! A hero has left the building... RIP Robin Williams'</p><p></p><p><a href="http://thegayuk.com/magazine/4574334751/NEWS-Robin-Williams-Dies-After-Apparent-Suicide/8602319">Robin Williams was found dead in his Californian home on Monday 11th August, and died after an apparent suicide. It has left many of his showbiz friends in shock and mourning.</a></p><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p></p><p><a href="http://thegayuk.com/magazine/4574334751/tags/EllenDeGeneres">Ellen DeGenres</a> who had welcomed Williams' on to her show many times over the years, tweeted, 'He gave so much to so many people,' she tweeted. ' I’m heartbroken.' </p><p></p><p><a href="http://thegayuk.com/magazine/4574334751/tags/NeilPatrickHarris">Neil Patrick Harris</a> said, 'I am stunned and just reeling from the news of Robin Williams’ death. His generosity & intelligence knew no limits. Only his home planet could destroy him,' </p><p></p><p>'Favorite moment with Robin: Flying on private jet role playing.
