Sunday School at Manbar

World class line-up of entertainment. FREE (or donation). Show your support for World AIDS Day at Manbar this Sunday from 6pm.

Myra Dubois presents a special World AIDS Sunday School with a ton of incredible talent including The Dream Bears!, the fabulous drag DJ Gretta Garola from Madrid, house music star Lonnie Gordon from USA, fire dancer Edgar Trujillo, singer Nico, two-time cabaret award winner Alp Haydar, Yankie DJ Hey Baylen and Britain's Got Talent finalise Chrissy Christopher Darling.

The event is in aid of Food Chain. Free entry and £3 pints. Please share this with your friends, social media and followings and see you at Manbar.

Food Chain delivers meals and groceries, offer cookery and nutrition classes and communal eating opportunities to people living with HIV in London and their dependants.

Inspired by our practical response, hundreds of volunteers deliver our services, supported by a staff team of eleven.

People living with HIV often struggle to access the food they need to stay well, because of:

ill health,

poverty,

isolation and a lack of motivation to eat well, or

limited skills or knowledge.

Every service user is referred by a health or social care professional who has idenitified them in need of nutritional support. Each service user receives a Personalised Nutrition Care Plan designed specifically to meet their needs. By offering a tailored package of support, at the appropriate time, we help people to lead healthy, independent lives.
