Community Marketing & Insights and Pink Banana Media‘s premiere conference for 2015 will be the LGBT Business, Marketing & Technology Week NYC, held the week of April 20th, 2015.

Building off of the success of our LGBT Marketing Conference we’ve held for the past 7 years in New York, Community Marketing & Insights and Pink Banana Media are proud to announce the launch of our expanded LGBT conference schedule for 2015, bringing the broader scope of Business, Marketing & Technology to the mix, with the theme “Education & Networking: Bringing together the worlds of advertising, marketing, technology and business in the LGBT marketplace.”

Monday, April 20th
LGBT Entrepreneur Day

A series of events brought to NYC by participating partners including StartOut.

During LGBT Entrepreneur Day, you will find yourself surrounded by exceptional individuals who are changing the way we live and work by embracing and empowering diversity in their new ventures. Hang out in curated sessions with a huge mix of individuals from the startup, technology, and corporate world. At this event StartOut is offering:

  • One-on-One Mentoring Sessions with experienced startups execs, investors, and business advisors that can help guide your business to the next level
  • Startup Demos where you can pitch your business to startups experts who can help you craft your message for presentations. You might just find an investor or two!

Tap into the expanding and diversifying LGBT tourism and hospitality marketplace. We’ll cover advertising, marketing & technology concepts that relate directly to LGBT travel. Ideal for tourism offices, CVBs, DMOs, hospitality groups, hotels, tour operators, meeting planners, retailers and more. Includes lunch and networking breaks.

Join leaders of LGBT community-based organizations to learn how “partnering” with them through their events and activities can be a great way to authentically connect with LGBTs. This session provides your company with an opportunity to multiply your message via known and trusted channels of communication. Professional organizations and event organizers like Pride, film festivals, women’s and family events, sports events, party events, social groups (bears, leather, etc.) and more will present their demographics, and cost-effective ways to reach their members and attendees.
