Hotel Gaythering is Miami Beach’s only Gay Hotel and Lounge with a full service bar and a capacity of 99 people. We feature hand crafted cocktails and a daily rotating Hoppy Hour. We have many themed nights and events that cater to the local LGBT community as well as our in house hotel guests.

Gay Hotel Seeks Bartenders

We are looking for experienced bartenders with a great personality.

Must have dynamic people skills and work ethics.

Candidates must be energetic and professional with an excellent track record in a fast-paced service environment.

Requirements:

• Bartending Experience
• Uphold a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in designated work areas
• Must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills
• Ability to follow outlined policies and procedures to maintain brand and quality consistency
• Able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with rotating shifts and varying days off
• Must be on time for all scheduled shifts
• Reliable transportation to work
• Must be 18+ years old

Bartending: 1 year

In a city known for its night clubs, loud bars and glitz, the Lounge at the Gaythering is the antithesis of what you would expect in South Beach: No red velvet ropes, No guest lists, No smoking. The ambient music is always kept at a level promoting conversation between old friends and new ones.  All are welcome, dress-up if you want, but flip-flops and gym clothes are just as fine.

Attention to detail is what our Bartenders are most proud of. Each cocktail is meticulously crafted to ensure the utmost in flavor profile and aroma.  Fresh ingredients are at the epicenter of our drinks. Choose from 8 Craft Cocktails ranging from a “Milton Coupe” to a “Wallace Monk”, each a solid representation of Vintage Craft with a Vigorous Shake of sweet local flavor.

If beer is your thing, we have chosen a local mix of Craft Beer to stimulate your palate. Choose from Craft in a Can or Craft in a Bottle and for those of you that don’t get Crafty, we also have Stella, Corona, Heineken, Amstel Light, Sweetwater Blue, PBR’s, and Sam Adams Seasonal.

Our menu is fresh and curated. Simple and to the point. Craft cocktails and Beers at prices you would expect from a Neighborhood bar.

Come “Gayther” in front of one of our large HD Smart TV’s, where curated programming including Hit TV Shows & Sporting Events are a part of specific themed nights revolving around the idea of a communal exchange.
