Join us for our 5th and biggest celebration out in the open and under the sun featuring some of NYC’s finest food trucks, artists & craftsmen, live entertainment, community groups, vendors and more. An afternoon of male bonding, New York style, just below the HighLine park in the heart of NYC’s Meat Packing district. With last years event hosting over 2,000 men—plus NYC’s only Pie Eating and Beer Belly contests—this is an afternoon not to be missed!

Celebrate Urban Bear Weekend with a night of hirsute hilarity from New York’s funniest furry fellows. From the team that brought you MAULED at Provincetown Bear Week, featuring Host Neil D’Bear Thornton (Mauled, HomoComicus), Frank Liotti (Law and Order SVU, Laughing Skull Comedy Festival), Marc Maietta (NY Underground Comedy Festival), Tim Dillon (Caroline’s on Broadway) and Jess Carpenter (Comedian Deconstruction, Bogey’s Comedy Series).  This event sold out the last two years so get your tickets early!

Piggy Bear BBQ & Bear Bash

There’s nothing better than watching a hungry man satisfy his appetite (yeah, you know what we mean!) and this little piggy moves to Saturday afternoon for Urban Bear Weekend, when NYC’s monthly bear bash takes over the Eagle. Expect the usual 3 floors of excitement with a jam-packed roof deck and plenty of meat (and food) to handle just about any appetite. Drink specials throughout the afternoon—plus the return of our annual Beariere contest—where the créme de la créme of Bear Booty will be on full display for all to decide this years winner!

Whatever your preference, this notoriously sexed-up party is guaranteed to get your juices flowing—and your pants around your ankles! Be prepared for a be raucously naughty night with kick-ass music till the wee hours at NYC’s favorite rock bar, Rock Bar!
