RENDEZVOUS!  Join us for, “Rendezvous 2014: Where even the Stars Come Out”!  This year is going to be our best ever!  Suzanne Westenhoefer and Nuclia Waste are back and better than ever!

Rendezvous is an experience you will never forget; You’ll enjoy everything from laughing with nationally known comedienne Suzanne Westenhoefer, to connecting with friends around the campfire, enjoying the crisp air and bright stars, cooking out, hiking, fun, games and contests, connecting with friends old and new, and so much more! You’ll have great memories of Rendezvous for years to come! That’s why so many people return to Rendezvous year after year. In fact, we’re now celebrating 22 years together.

Wednesday

Morning Rendezvous general camp setup – volunteers needed

Noon–1:00 Volunteers appreciation lunch (provided by WE) or on your own

1:00–5:00pm Set up campsites, get to know your neighbors, renew old and make new friendships,

5:30–7:00 FREE Potluck Dinner for everyone – bring a dish to share.

WE will provide hamburgers, hotdogs, the trimmings and utensils.

7:15–7:30pm Opening ceremony

7:45–9:00 Stories, Jokes, & Keith Blaney, Guitarist – Fireside singing

9:15–11:15 10th

Midnight–7:00am Quiet time!

Thursday

7:30–9:30am Breakfast

10:15–noon ATV tour (all ATV’s must have a current Wyoming ORV sticker) – Joe

Noon–1:00pm Lunch

NOON – 2:15 Get acquainted for women – Get acquainted for men –Sausage Fest hosted by

Curtis & Jim

1:30-3:30 Beach Party with kayaking, water guns, etc.

3:45-4:45 Workshop: State of equality in the ‘Equality State’ – Jeran

5:00–6:30 Dinner – Pasta with Meatballs or Sausage (vegetarian available), Salad, Bread

& Fruit Shortcake

8:00–11:00 Karaoke FUN

Midnight–7:00 Quiet time!

Friday

7:30–9:30 Breakfast

9:00-Noon Flora & Fauna/Turtle Rock Hike – Joe

Noon–1:00 Lunch

1:00–2:30 “X” Workshop: BDSM 101 – Mark & Mike

2:30–4:30 Drag Queen Bingo

5:00–6:30 Dinner – Chili – chicken or beef (vegetarian available), Fritos, cheese, onions,

salads, cinnamon rolls

7:00–7:45pm Fractured Faerie Tale, Humor & Jokes

8:00-9:30pm Camp Central Featured Entertainer – Suzanne Westenhoefer, Comedienne

10:00 – midnight Private party at your campsite

9:30– Midnight CLUB RENDEZVOUS – Dance sponsored by Charlie’s

Midnight–7:00am Quiet time!

Annual Festival– T-Dance by the Wrangler-DJ [added fundraiser]

Sunday

8:00 – 10:00am Breakfast

8:00 – 1:00pm Please stay if you can and help us take down the camp – whatever time you can

volunteer is sincerely appreciated.


MEALS will be served only during the times indicated on the schedule. (Menus are subject to change)

Breakfast: Thursday-Saturday 7:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Sunday-8:00a.m. – 10:00a.m.

Lunch: Thursday-Saturday noon – 1:00 p.m.

Dinner: Wednesday Free potluck 5:30p.m. – 7:00p.m. Thursday–Saturday – 5:00p.m. – 6:30p.m.

Children Welcome: Please bring activities to share with other children.

RATING GUIDE: If an event is not rated, it is appropriate for children. “R” rating may not be appropriate for

children. “X” rating means we have serious doubts that you will want your child to attend.

THINK GREEN: Groups of 5 or more will receive a $10.00 per person discount.
