LUG Sports has teamed up with Pride Tape and You Can Play to work towards fostering athletic environments free of judgement and discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity and/or gender expression.
Throughout the 2021-22 season, LUG Sports worked with You Can Play and Pride Tape on Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion planning by focusing on evolving locker room and spectator culture and introducing inclusion policies.
