It was Sanna Nilsson that won the Swedish national final, Melodifestivalen, tonight with a ballad called “Undo”.

But Alcazar had a more catchy song with the song title “Blame It on the Disco”. They even got the highest score from the British jury (Sweden have an international jury that decide half of the points and the other half is by Swedish viewers televoting).

Alcazar is a Swedish Eurodance group which has established themselves as one of Sweden’s most successful music groups both nationally and internationally with a string of hits since their debut single in 1999.

Worldwide, Alcazar have sold over 12 million records between 2001 and 2004. Alcazar also had success around the world with their song “Crying at the Discotheque“, having charted in countries such as USA, Brazil, Australia, Japan and most countries in Europe.
