Looking for capable, friendly, and dedicated surgical coordinator/administrative assistant for LGBT-focused, high-end private surgical practice in Union Square. Responsibilities: Surgical coordination (including booking, preauthorizations, and post-op follow-up), fielding incoming calls, maintaining patient contact, working to ensure the highest quality of patient care, managing surgeon’s professional calendar, maintaining sensitivity to client confidentiality, and managing time efficiently during office hours and “down-time.”
